Tight punch-list window between siding completion and final landscaping inspection. Front-elevation downspouts had to read as architectural copper, not utility.
— What we did
Coordinated directly with the GC, installed seamless aluminum on rear and side elevations, and hand-formed copper round downspouts on the front.
— The outcome
Project delivered on the GC's schedule. Copper will patina in with the trim package over the next two seasons.
